BAPP is a local voluntary organisation and Registered Charity. We promote and facilitate opportunities for children and young people to play and participate in positive activities. BAPP recognises and promotes the importance of self-directed play in relation to child development and the rights of children and young people.

October Half term - Spooky Stamp Around

Tuesday 30th October 2- 4pm @Temple of Minerva, Botanical Gardens, Royal Victoria Park, Bath.

Come along and join us for FREE ghoulish games, spooky activities and a stamp around trail in the Great Dell. Please bring along a teddy, action figure or doll if you would like to have a go at MUMMIFING it! Lots of free family fun this October Half Term. 

 

 

Wanted Bath Half runners!!

BAPP have 10 charity spaces for the Bath Half 2019 and we are looking for some volunteers to run for us who would be willing to raise £175 in sponsorship. Please contact gilly@bathareaplayproject.co.uk for more information.

Outdoor Play - Community Play Rangers

Thanks to funding from Quartet Community Foundation and Curo, Community Play Rangers will be running again in Foxhill.

Come and meet Kev who will be facilitating an exciting range of play opportunities after school on Mondays 4–6pm in Springfield Park. Children will need to register by completing a simple form and the sessions will be FREE every week (term time only).For further information, please contact the BAPP Office (01225) 832479

 

 

Co-operative Local Community Fund

Please choose BAPP as your local Co-operative charity (extend the search to 10 miles to find us).

 

As a member, every time you shop at Co-op, 1% of what you spend on selected own-brand products and services goes to the local community fund. The money raised by all the members in your community, together with the shopping bag sales, helps to fund projects in your local area.

Star Project of the Month – Family Play & Support Service

 

Bath Area Play Project are working in partnership with Southside delivering the early help Family Support & Play Service covering the whole of Bath & North East Somerset. 

The service provides targeted support and early help to vulnerable families with children aged 5-19yrs. It works alongside Children’s Centre services and Connecting Families to deliver a co-ordinated early help offer to families.
