BAPP is a local voluntary organisation and Registered Charity. We promote and facilitate opportunities for children and young people to play and participate in positive activities. BAPP recognises and promotes the importance of self-directed play in relation to child development and the rights of children and young people.

Outdoor Play - Community Play Rangers

Thanks to funding from Quartet Community Foundation and Curo, Community Play Rangers will be running again in Foxhill.

Come and meet Ollie and Kev who will be facilitating an exciting range of play opportunities after school on Mondays 4–6pm in Springfield Park. Children will need to register by completing a simple form and the sessions will be FREE every week (term time only).For further information, please contact the BAPP Office (01225) 832479

 

 

Co-operative Local Community Fund

Please choose BAPP as your local Co-operative charity (extend the search to 10 miles to find us).

 

As a member, every time you shop at Co-op, 1% of what you spend on selected own-brand products and services goes to the local community fund. The money raised by all the members in your community, together with the shopping bag sales, helps to fund projects in your local area.

BAPP are looking for new Playworkers to join the friendly team for school holiday playwork

Playworkers are needed to join existing teams of staff supporting disabled children aged 5 – 19 years during Easter, Summer, October, Christmas and Fenruary school holidays.

 

 

Star Project of the Month – Black Families Education Support Group

 

The Voice Minority Supplementary School delivers an educational programme rooted in exploring the value of Black and Minority Ethnic perspectives, history, culture and heritage. As part of the programme, a series of workshops are delivered by specialist tutors and positive role models, using media and other creative outlets to engage young people and inspire learning.
