HAF 2021 - Holiday Play Services

#HAF2021 #SummerofPlay

This Summer, BAPP are excited to be working with Bath Rugby Foundation, building on the Family BreakOut work we did at Easter 2021 and Summer BreakOut in 2020! Youth Connect South West will also be joining us this Summer providing a range of opportunities for children aged 12 to 16 years in Teen BreakOut.

Covid – these BreakOuts are planned to go ahead subject to the necessary restrictions at the time. This may mean that we have to reduce the number of places, socially distance and put children into consistent bubbles. Please play your part by only dropping off children/ attending sessions where none of your family have any symptoms and on arrival, keep your distance and use the sanitiser!

If you need assistance, with booking any sessions, please ring and speak to us (01225) 832479 / 07590 851544

Read more about our summer sessions below and follow the links to book your child on to one of our FREE sessions. Please note parents must stay with their children for the afternoon Family Breakout sessions.

HAF2021 - Family BreakOut (PUPs)

Our free afternoon Family Pop Up Play Sessions (PUPs) will provide parents/carers with children aged 5 to 11 years eligible for Free school meals with opportunities to explore, create and connect with others in their own community, and enjoy a #SummerofPlay! BAPP Playworkers and a sports coach will be popping up in a park near you, where parents and children together can experience everything from human hoopla, grass skimming, spin painting to den building, loose parts play, archery and water slides. At each session children and parents will be able to find out about healthy eating through games and activities including sugar swops, healthy plates and taste tests. These sessions will run in the afternoons outside in local parks/woods. Please help us by only booking on to sessions in your local community wherever possible. Parents/ carers must stay with their children for these sessions.

Whilst we hope that restrictions will be completely lifted by the Summer, we still need to try and keep everyone as safe as possible and limiting the amount of social interactions by staying local can only help!
